Interpreter Profile

This is a quick guide to help you set up your Interpreter Profile with Interactio. Kindly note that this is for your personal use only and should not be shared.

Registration form

Upon clicking on the invitation link, you’ll be redirected to the registration form. Please enter your first name, last name, and email address. Be sure to also read and accept the terms and conditions before clicking on “Accept Invitation”.

Interpreter profile

Once you’ve accepted the invitation, the system will load the Interpreter Profile form. Be sure to provide accurate information about yourself. Please note that most fields on the form are mandatory; optional fields are marked “Optional”.

Verify your account

After filling in the form, the system will ask you via email to verify your account by entering a code or simply clicking on the “Confirm” button.

Update your profile information

Once your account is confirmed, you’ll be redirected to your own Dashboard. To edit any of the fields from the previous stage, click on “Edit Profile” in the upper right corner of the screen.

Alternatively, you can click on “Application Form” in the Stages section on the left.

Feel free to upload your profile picture as well as a cover photo!

Finalize your settings

Once your profile has been reviewed (please note that it may take our team some time to do this), you’ll receive an email asking you to upload your CV, sign our agreements and provide us with your bank details.

To upload your CV or any other relevant documents, you can either select a file from your computer or connect to an external source and get your file fetched from there.

Next, you’ll be prompted to sign our Interpreter Service Contract Agreement and NDA. For your convenience, some of the fields will be pre-populated, but please be sure to double-check them.

Payments details

And last but not least, we’ll ask you to provide us with your bank details. Interactio will use this data for directing payments to you.

Once all of the above steps are completed, your Interpreter Profile will be complete and you’ll be all set to start receiving assignments from us!
