Interactio, Ltd (“we”) are committed to protecting Your privacy and Your data. This privacy notice describes how we process and use the personal data that we receive from You when we cooperate under the contract and You use Interactio’s cloud communications platform (“System”).

What personal data do we process, and why?

Interactio will use your data for these reasons:

• To evaluate Your professional qualifications and experience, as well as to contact You and discuss conditions for cooperation, we collect: Your Name, surname, ID number automatically generated in our system, email, telephone number, Your Interpreting working languages, information regarding your professional qualifications and experience as Interpreter, country and city of residence, professional services fees, professional affiliations and Your willingness to volunteer for various organisations or take part on religion-related events;
• To pay for your interpreting services, we process your name, surname, bank account, email, amount of money, date, time;
• For proper execution of all contractual obligations – Name, surname, phone number, e-mail;
• To identify You when You connect to the system – Unique ID issued by Interactio, e-mail;
• To be able to inspect any problems in real-time – PC’s OS Name, OS Version, Browser name, Browser version, Browser language, Timezone, Browser window size;
• To identify You during the event or user management or communication tasks - First name, Last name, Phone number, Email, Unique ID;
• For stream control, remote stream establishment, local streaming, chat, and remote broadcaster control - Session ID, RTP session ID, RTSP URL (local IP), Event ID, Topic ID, Stream ID;
• For troubleshooting audio problems – Jitter, Packets received, Packets lost, Bytes received, Running time.

How long will we process your data?

Data related to the usage of our system like ID number, name, surname, email, phone number, password we will keep till the end of the contract. Technical information from your device we will keep six months after every event. Chat information we will keep 6 hours after sending a message. Information related to the contract we will keep 10 years after contract termination. We will also keep 10 years of information about paid invoices. Your data related to the application form on the Interactio web page will be processed for a maximum of 30 days from receipt. After this retention period, the data will be deleted securely and irretrievably.

Who has access to personal data?

The data will be stored in the system of Interactio and other internal systems used by Interactio. The data will be indirectly available to third companies engaged by Interactio or with whom Interactio cooperates in the provision of platform administration, maintenance services, application services which help Interactio manage the information received in the system more effectively. We maintain an up-to-date list of the names and locations of all processors.

You have the right to access Your data, the right to rectify, or erase the data, the right to restrict processes concerning You or to object to processing and the right to data portability. Your right to complain

If you have a complaint about our use of your information, we would prefer you to contact us directly in the first instance so that we can address your complaint, you can email us at dpo@interactio.io.
