All side-event rooms are equipped with an LCD projector and a computer/laptop, sound, a few rooms are equipped with headsets for virtual interpretation. Please note that catering and recruitment of Interpreters are the sole responsibility (cost and logistics) of the organizer of the side-event. The side-event rooms will be equipped for hybrid side-events using the Interactio online platform. The hybrid Interactio system will be available at a specially negotiated cost of US $200.00 for the standard service which includes, unlimited viewers and a remote technician for the 90-minute duration of the side-event. Further information will be provided directly to side-event organizers that are allocated a side-event. Please note that for technical reasons other virtual and RSI platforms will not be accommodated for any event.Please note that in the case of a hybrid side-event, there must be at least one organizer physically in the side-event room.
