‍November 12, 2021 – Interactio, a leading multilingual remote solutions platform, has reached a milestone in staffing with the hiring of our 200th employee. After a 12-fold growth in 2020, the Interactio team continues expanding globally, with employees working remotely from 11 countries worldwide. 

Having closed one of the largest Series A ($30M) in Baltics in May 2021, we commit to putting our people first as we welcome diverse talent, collaborate with industry leaders, and grow our departments globally. 

Reflecting on our hyper-growth journey so far, our Talent Team has three key lessons worth sharing: 

• Push for 100% transparency. In challenging situations, it is crucial to take accountability to move forward. Working in a team means coming up with solutions together – not finding someone to blame.    
• Find the time to relax and unwind. With such exponential growth comes stress and overload, so taking a break is just as essential as fulfilling 100% of your potential.  
• Don’t settle for compromises when it comes to talent. When hiring, look for the best person to fill the position. Technical fit is important, but people who share Interactio values and vision are truly irreplaceable.
