 Interactio journey towards integrated meetings

We enable people to communicate effectively by providing RSI technology combined with a quality collaboration platform and professional interpreters. Language and/or location are no longer barriers to communication.

On-site multilingual meetings

The interpreters work on-site at the meeting venue, while the audience attends the meeting at a specific venue and uses the Interactio app to listen to the interpretation. This was the most popular setup before the start of the global pandemic.

Virtual/online multilingual meetings

As part of the global switch to virtual meetings, the interpreters work remotely from their home offices and join via Interactio interpreter console.  At the same time, the audience attends the meeting online via Interactio participant platform.    

Online setup became the most popular solution during the peak of the global pandemic.

Hybrid multilingual meetings 

Commonly understood as a mix of on-site and online meetings, in hybrid solution the interpreters work on-site at the meeting venue using traditional interpretation booths, from interpretation hubs, or join remotely via Interactio. The audience attends the meeting at the venue or joins the meeting remotely via Interactio platform using the device of their choice. 

Hybrid transitioned to be the most popular setting after the peak of the global pandemic.

Integrated multilingual meetings

As the natural evolution of hybrid meetings, the integrated setup allows the interpreters to work on-site at the meeting venue, from interpretation hubs, or join remotely via Interactio. The audience attends the meeting at the venue or joins the meeting remotely via Interactio, or any other platform of their choice.

Integrated meeting is an increasingly popular setup as the global pandemic subsides.
