INTRODUCTION

This privacy notice summarizes the information we (Interactio) collect from you when you use our website. In the process of collecting this information, we act as a data controller. To find out more about data collected through web cookies, please read our cookie policy.

II.What data we collect, for how long and for what reason?

A. When we interact through web chat form

In short
Web chat form is a web form located on the side of the page, where you can easily and quickly receive the information you need from our company representatives. Web chat form is a convenient and fast way to get information. The data we collect from the web chat form is stored for a limited time and only for the purpose of processing your request.

Collected data: 

When you submit an inquiry via our web chat form, we ask for your name, contact details (telephone number), and email address. This information moves to our SLACK channel where. 

Data collection purpose:

We need this data to help you get answers to your questions.

Legal basis of data collection:

We collect this data in accordance with Art. 6(1) (f) of the GDPR.

Data storage: 

We store this data for 6 months after the last inquiry date.

B. When you book demo call

In short
To conduct a quality demo call, we need more data than your name and surname. We will keep the requested data to book a demo call and get your feedback about the demo later. 

Collected data: 

When you book a demo call, we collect your name, surname, email, demo time, position, phone number, company. Information is collected with the Mailchimp system and sent by email to our sales team. This data later is stored in our CRM system “Pipedrive”. Sales team creates demo calls in the Calendly system. 

Data collection purpose:

We need this data to book and prepare for a demo call. 

Legal basis of data collection:

We collect this data in accordance with Art. 6(1) (f) of the GDPR.

We have a legitimate interest to do that (to book a demo call) (Art. 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

Data access: 

Data from the web form is collected by Mailchimp and sent to our sales email, managed by Google. Our sales team books the demo call in the Calendly system. 

Data storage: 

We store this data for 1 month after the demo call. 

C. When you subscribe to our newsletter

In short
Our goal is to provide you with relevant information in the most convenient way with respect to your privacy. If you see that the information is no longer relevant, you can unsubscribe at the touch of a button.

Collected data: 

When you subscribe to our newsletter, we ask you for your name and your email address.

Data collection purpose:

We will use your information to send our newsletter which  contains information about our products and often includes special offers. Prior to sending the newsletter, we ask for your consent. We will continue sending our newsletters as long as you continue to consent.

Your information is stored in the Mailerlite database and is not shared with any third parties. We will not use the information to make any automated decisions that might affect you.

Legal basis of data collection:

It is based on your consent that you gave us  (Art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR.

Data collection purpose:

Your information is kept for as long as you continue to consent to receive our newsletter but no longer than three years. After this period, we will ask you to consent again in order to receive our newsletters.

You can also ask us to stop using your information at any time. The simplest way to do this is to withdraw your consent either by clicking at the unsubscribe link at the end of any newsletter, or by emailing dpo@interactio.io

Data storage: 

We store this data for 3 years unless you revoke your consent earlier or prolong your consent for a longer period of data storage. 

D. When you submit an enquiry via our website

In short
The received information is used only for the purpose of answering your enquiry or requesting feedback afterwards. 

Collected data: 

When you submit an enquiry via our website, we ask you for your name, contact telephone number, and email address.

Data collection purpose:

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, including but not limited to providing any requested information about our services. We may also email you after you submit your enquiry in order to follow up on your interest and ensure that we have answered your question in our full capacity.

Legal basis of data collection:

We collect this data in accordance with Art. 6(1) (f) of the GDPR – providing accurate information prior to a sale. 

Data storage periods: 

We keep enquiry emails for 2 years. After the 2-year period, the emails are securely archived and kept for 3 more years when we delete them. CRM records are also kept for three years after our last contact.

III. Data sharing

In short
We share the information about you with the following entities when necessary and permitted by applicable laws and for the reasons.

  • UAB "MailerLite" – provides newsletters management and control functionality.
  • PipelineDeals, INC – provides customer relationship management functionality.
  • Google Ireland Ltd – provides email and data storage functionality.
  • Intercom R&D – provides customer support functionality. 
  • The Rocket Science Group, LLC – helps us collect data from web forms.
  • Calendly LLC – provides book demo functionality; 
  • Attorneys, auditors, consultants, IT service providers, freelance specialists who take over your requests, and other subjects that provide services to Interactio.


IV. Data transfer outside European economy

We share the information about you with the following entities only when needed and permitted by applicable laws and for the reasons listed above.

You have the right to access your data, the right to rectify or erase the data, the right to restrict processes or to object to processing.

VI. Your rights to complain

If you have a complaint about our use of your information, we would prefer you to contact us directly in the first instance so that we can address your complaint. However, you can also right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (contacts of supervisory authorities in the European Union.
